Cozy, furnished 1st floor 2 BR apt downtown - in the heart of Mohican Country. It is a simply furnished and uncluttered apartment in an older house that has been converted into three separate rental spaces. Ideal for a couple with up to two children or another couple. There is a queen bed w/memory foam topper in first bedroom and a full bed in second bedroom both with high thread count sheets. One bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and vanity; living room with HDTV, cable & WIFI and ceiling fan; fully equipped kitchen. Window air conditioning unit and gas heat. All newer windows that open with screens. This apartment is located in the rear of the building (behind Main St.). Convenient free off street parking directly behind building by the apartment. Only a few steps up to the deck and entrance door. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several fast food restaurants, coffee shops, an old fashioned ice cream parlor, quaint shops, canoe livery, wedding venues, and all that Loudonville has to offer. Inquire about a discount for longer stays. We have another one bedroom (listed separately) fully equipped apartment in the same building but UPSTAIRS with a separate private entrance; so if you have friends or a larger family, you'll all be able to stay close to each other but still have privacy. NO smoking or vaping, NO pets. I do expect our guests to do their own dishes and to tidy up after themselves. We will continue to sanitize knobs, handles, hard surfaces, toilet, shower, TV remote, switches, etc., towels and all bedding are washed in hot water and dried on the highest setting all to ensure the utmost cleanliness. We do provide hand sanitizer for our guests use. You will have to bring your own sleeping accommodation for an infant such as a pack-n-play. If you're staying in the area for a special event and don't want to drive to and from it, we do have the name of a person who can help - you would need to make arrangements ahead of time.
