Summary: Nice room in a great location for us, however it’s a remote service check-in and the instructions were incorrect. The key pad code requires a check mark, not a (+) or a (-) as the instructions stated. Fortunately we were able to call and reach them to get the correction. That is risky given the remoteness of Wilmington which has spotty cell service. Also there was 2 outdoor lights outside our door not working during our stay.
