This unique home backs up to endless forests part of Stanislaus National Forest and is home to all kinds of native California wildlife. Only 35 minutes from Yosemite National Park entrance on Hwy 120, and conveniently located 14 miles from Downtown Groveland, Historic Coulterville and local swimming holes like Diana Falls and Bower Caves.

The fully equipped kitchen creates an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering, and features a passe-plat (Serving hatch) to keep you engaged in what is happening both in the other room and out on the deck.

☀ Parking is available anywhere in the large gravel drive which can accommodate 10+ vehicles as well as an RV. Parking is encouraged on the upper driveway closest to the house. Please do not park below the deck or in front of the deck as you will be forced to reverse through a narrow driveway to get out.
★☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆★
The most picture-perfect outdoor space that you could ask for. The large backyard is a true oasis with BBQ grill, firepit, outdoor furniture and dining. Where you can savor your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature, unroll your yoga mat on the spacious deck for a morning session, or serve breakfast on the picnic table. The surrounding woods offer opportunities for hiking, bird-watching, and stargazing.

☀ No smoking inside or anywhere on the property
☀ Only dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 for a maximum of 2 dogs. While we allow dogs as part of your stay, we kindly ask that they remain off of all furniture.

☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book
☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay
☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

Shoes off in the house please, we love nature but like it where it is (outside). We are on septic, please do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper down the toilet. Please clean up after your pets. No smoking anywhere on property. Please be respectful of our neighbors, they may be a thousand feet away but it's quiet and sound travels. Do not leave any fires unattended for any reason and keep water ready to extinguish any flames, the garden hose will reach our fire pit. Watch your children and pets at all times, this is Bear country and we have spotted Mountain Lions in the area. Do not leave food in your vehicles as Bears may find it tempting. Leave basement windows closed when cabin is unattended to prevent wildlife breaking and entering.
