Mi Naranjo is a rustic villa with a large plot of 1,000m2, in which you can relax and enjoy great sunsets and the Mediterranean breeze.
Air conditioning hot/cold available in most rooms (included in the price). Heated pool from October 2019 (with extra cost). Living room with satellite TV. Two kitchens exist, one inside and another outside the house together with a BBQ. Access to swimming pool, garden with different corners to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine during the sunset.
Heating the pool is offered with extra cost. This consists in increasing the temperature of the water of the pool, although it would not be available in very cold conditions. If temperature outside is 15-20 degrees celsius, the water can be heated up to 27. If the temperature is very cold (for example below 13 degrees) this will not be possible. Please consult conditions before reserving this service.

We are 3.4 km from the beaches of Campoamor, La Zenia and Cabo Roig; 1.4 km from Real Club de Golf Campoamor and 4.1 km from Villamartin Golf Club; 3.3 km from Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center; 13.5 km from Torrevieja and 14 km from San Pedro del Pinatar. Murcia-San Javier airport is 24 km away, while Alicante airport is 65 km away. The Chalet is a 9 minute walk from a large supermarket, and very close to multiple restaurants serving national and international cuisine and cafes. Free public outdoor parking on the outskirts of the house.
Having a car is highly recommended to easily move around the area. Anyway there is a bus stop 3 minutes walking from the house going to main places, which runs every 45 minutes.
