Negative: I did not stay in the room upon my booking as per host it was last minute fully booked and yet it shows there is one room left. Payment was made already through my debit card. Very unresponsive the host. I chat and call responds was the host cancel my booking but there is no cancelation notification. Host only reply to return me the amount only after the amount is credited to her account. This aint my fault for host neglegence for not updating the status of her booking.com app. No accomodation, the amount is close to 1.4k pesos yet still need to wait only get back to me later. No sense of urgency.
