Your Own Private Idaho! This will be a wonderful experience not just a sleepover. Unbelievably serene! Brand New 1 bedroom apartment/loft with a big deck, view of 1 acre pond and view of the pasture with our loving critters (miniature goats, pigs, and donkeys - and some sheep). A beautiful and peaceful 10 acre park like setting! From a 1 acre pond with a variety of fish to hundreds of trees, to an estuary (domestic ducks, geese, chickens and blue herons, ducks, and geese). Other activities can be planned for a fee - like a ride and nature walk with our critters on our bus, guided fishing here on the estate, time with the animals to pet and feed, etc. All your rent goes to our Foundation helping heal minds, hearts, and spirits....www.onebyonefoundation.org.
While we want you to fully enjoy and immerse yourself on our countryside estate, your own "private park", our meditation building, and our animals - upon interest we need you to sign a supplemental rental agreement so we can insure you know you cannot feed the animals, etc. The owners of the property and the founders of the Foundation that you are renting from live on site with their 3 dogs and 2 cats - so we need to be especially careful who we rent to.
We want our guests to consciously choose us versus a fancy 4 or 5 star hotel or regular city home rental stay; thus we want to personally talk with our guests before either of us are committed. We also need upon mutual agreement (after our visit) the supplemental agreement signed - which should not be a problem with the type of individual, couple, or family who wants to stay with us. We have to have this discretion and retain final decision making for who stays with us. We need to maintain the wholesome well being of the property and the safety of all our living "winged ones and 4 legged ones".
