This three bedroom duplex in the heart of Golden Beach/Caloundra, that is a short walk to the beach, cafes, supermarkets and outdoor activities hire companies.
My Mc Mansion has a calm rustic retro feel that gets an afternoon sea breeze every day. There is an open plan living, kitchen, and dining space that opens onto a deck and a fully fenced private yard that houses the third bedroom.
Situated three blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood.
The space
Boho-styled duplex in the heart of Caloundra/Golden Beach is the perfect getaway for a beachside stay.
You'll have full access to the entire house, which has three bedrooms,
-one bedroom has a queen size bed,
- the second bedroom has a single bed and trundle and
- the third bedroom is a cute little adult-size cubby, that has a double bed, power, USB ports etc. Great for the person who snores or teenagers
Sleeps (6) in total.
There is one bathroom with a nice hot shower with a bath and a separate toilet.
The house has everything you need for your stay including all bed linen and towels, and basic pantry supplies.
The property has a fully equipped open-planned kitchen, a dining living area that opens out onto a small garden, and an outside undercover lounge area. Perfect for sunset afternoon drinks with a place for kids to play in the yard.
The yard is fully fenced with a 5-foot fence, so no furry friends can get out.
The house is only on one floor, so easy access for prams, the elderly, or wheelchair access
During the week Monday to Friday, my dressmaking business is run from the front of the house, which has its own access.
There is wifi and you can operate your streaming services via the Chrome Cast device.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and yard. The Private entrance is via a gate off the road straight into the back yard.
