Welcome to our charming holiday home in Maria de Salud, which can accommodate up to 5 guests, offering a second home for an unforgettable holiday in the north-central part of Mallorca.
Maria de la Salud, a picturesque village in the heart of Mallorca, offers visitors an authentic experience away from the tourist hustle and bustle. With its cobbled streets and rural charm, Maria de la Salud is a haven of peace where you can immerse yourself in authentic Mallorcan life. In the square there are restaurants and bars as well as a small supermarket. Within walking distance is the famous Sineu street market. This historic market, held every Wednesday, is a feast for the senses, with stalls offering local produce, handicrafts and traditional gastronomy. Heading towards the north coast of Mallorca, we find three charming destinations. Can Picafort, with its golden sandy beach and crystal clear waters, is ideal for sun and sea lovers. Puerto de Alcúdia, with its lively marina and historic old town, offers a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Playa de Muro, with its long stretch of sand, is a paradise for nature lovers, with the Natural Park of s'Albufera just a few steps away.
On the terrace, you will find a jacuzzi to soak and relax, two hammocks for lounging in the sun and an umbrella for warmer days. This space is ideal for enjoying quiet and social moments in the open air.
Inside, the living-dining room welcomes you with modern comforts. Enjoy your favourite programmes on the satellite TV, and if you visit during the colder seasons, the cooker will keep you warm and cosy. In addition, the air conditioning provides a pleasant atmosphere all year round. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking utensils, gas hob and filter coffee machine, among other essential appliances.
The layout of the bedrooms offers options to suit all tastes. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and, although it has no window, provides a quiet space for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom, on the first floor, has two beds side by side and air conditioning, offering a cosy atmosphere. The third bedroom has two single beds, but no air conditioning. The two full bathrooms with shower ensure comfort and privacy for all guests, and you will find a hairdryer available. In addition, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
For families with small children, we offer a cot and high chair on request. Parking is free on the street, although we do not have private parking. A car is necessary to go to the beach and to move around the island.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night.
