Positive: Location was great for where we were and the room was spacious

Negative: WiFi didn’t work, this was reported and told it was now fixed but it never worked for any of our 4 days. Remote control for tv did not work, again reported and told it would be replaced the next day, never saw a new control in any of our 4 days. Bathroom light reported as faulty again not fixed. Perhaps they do not offer a cleaning service during stays so maybe we can’t moan but we had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll on day 3 from the cleaner who was in another room. Our room was not cleaned in 4 days. The reception was never actually open, we had to call if we needed anything. No bar/restaurant open during our stay, perhaps out of season!

Summary: Really disappointed as this room as the potential to be very good.
