Top (1st) Floor:
Enter this home on the top (1st) floor through a street-level upper courtyard adjacent to the driveway.
- Two bedrooms; a master with a queen-size bed and ensuite bath, and guest bedroom #2 which has two queen-size beds.
- Master has an ensuite bath, huge, dazzling master closet, large slanted windows, a smart TV and a work desk and chair.
- Ensuite master bathroom features an oversized soaking tub, custom tiled walk-in shower, and a huge, granite, double-sink vanity.
Middle (2nd) Floor
The second (middle) floor of the home has an open floor plan containing the kitchen, living room, game room with pool table, and formal dining room. The gourmet kitchen boasts gorgeous, extra-thick black granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, kitchen island with sink, state of the art stainless steel appliances including a french door sub-zero fridge, dual convection oven, gas range and dishwasher. The breakfast bar offers stool seating for six; below a stunning modern, rectangular, crystal chandelier. There is a covered, outdoor teak-wood dining table with seating for six, on a balcony just off the kitchen.
A game area with a pool table divides the kitchen from the living room. (This home has games for the whole family, such as giant jenga, monopoly, etc.) There’s a corner bar beside the pool table with stool seating for four. A large Smart TV sits above the polished granite fireplace. A panel of sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool.
The formal dining room has a large modern-farmhouse style table that seats ten guests. Floor to ceiling windows offer guests a calming view of azure skies and lush green courtyard foliage. It’s like dining in the treetops! A dramatic, contemporary stone fireplace in the middle of the room and a
stylish circular wall cut-out at the back of the room are architectural details that add an ambiance of sophistication and grandeur to the dining room.
Lower (3rd) Floor:
The lower (3rd) floor of this Sherman Oaks mansion has four bedrooms, and also opens up to the outdoor courtyard with dining area, outdoor kitchen and pool. Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed, bedroom #4 has two queen beds, bedroom #5 has a queen, and bedroom #6 has a queen. These lower level bedrooms share two bathrooms.
Outdoor/Pool:
The beautiful turquoise, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by lush vegetation and large courtyard are key highlights of this dream home. There’s a full outdoor kitchen with a large curved bar and a courtyard dining area with a large teak-wood table so you can entertain pool-side! Need some shade? There’s a covered cabana area. Prefer sun? Relax pool-side with our lounge chairs.
Pool and Jacuzzi heating is extra $100/night. Pool can take anywhere from 5-15+ hours to get to desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 45 mins - 1 hr. Please note, this is a VERY large pool so if it is cold outside overnight especially it will take awhile to reach your desired temperature. NOTE: You can only heat up one at a time, either pool or spa, not both simultaneously.

Welcome to our beautiful home! To ensure that you and all of our guests have the best experience possible, we've put together a few guidelines to comply with Los Angeles Home - Sharing Ordinance:
1. Please, no smoking anywhere on the property and no parties. We're equipped with NoiseAware and Ring Video Doorbell to help ensure peaceful enjoyment for all.
2. Out of respect for the area and neighbors, we ask that you keep any music or outdoor gatherings quiet after 10pm. Swimming is also off-limits after 10pm for groups and kids.
3. Kindly let us know the exact number of guests staying in the house and any visitors that plan to come by.
4. Our fireplace is for decoration only, please no fire of any kind, including smoking. We are in a fire hazard zone so no fire outside anywhere.
5. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
6. To keep our home clean and tidy, we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself.
7. Our gardener comes once a week on Tuesdays and our pool service twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. Please note that pool/spa cleaning outside of these days is not available. If you would like to arrange additional pool service, we may be able to arrange this for a fee.
Please note:occasionally, leaves and twigs may gather in the water and surrounding areas, especially between service days. On particularly windy days in LA, there may be a bit more than usual. If it's not a pool service day, we kindly ask that you use the provided pool net to gently remove any leaves and twigs, and look forward to a sparkling clean pool at our next service.
