Positive: This was the best place we have stayed in for many many years. The property is a National Treasure, it is over 400 years old and the owners are direct descendants of the original owners. The history in the property is remarkable. The food is spectacular. The service from the parents and son who runs the property was second to none. We loved laying on the bed looking directly out to the most magnificent scenery. We had a wonderful walk up through the village. The spot is so quiet and peaceful. The entire property is very private and the owners are very discrete. The cedar bath was special. Seriously, if you are looking for a special couple of days in the Iya Valley, it would be very hard to find anything better than this. World class.
Negative: I wish we stayed longer.
Summary: Best property we have stayed at for decades
