The farm has been finely restored paying particular attention to maintaining the typical Tuscan rustic style. The structure is in fact both inside and outside in "exposed stone" with handmade brick arches and ceilings, a reason for pride and uniqueness of our holiday home.
The farm consists of two types of apartment both advertised on the Homelidays website, announcement HDTI 6120402:
A) Two-room apartment on the ground floor with veranda where it is also possible to have lunch. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial TV, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter , mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer.

B) Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with a large half-covered terrace where you can also eat with a view of the pool and garden.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single or double beds according to your needs, 1 living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter, mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer.

The two apartments have been carefully designed by the owner, who maintaining the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan country house with exposed interiors and vaults, handmade brick arches, has made them elegant and very comfortable.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and can enjoy large spaces in the garden equipped with tables for outdoor dining. The structure is family-run so the reception, availability around the clock is guaranteed, guests are guaranteed maximum comfort for their stay by providing information and reservations for horseback riding, dinners at the restaurant, excursions to the numerous natural parks, centers wellness, visits to Etruscan archaeological sites, medieval villages, festivals and village festivals of the moment.

Summary: Casa Ribocchi is set in rural Tuscany, with pretty hillside villages, Etruscan amd Roman history, and clear blue seas with fine sand all within half an hour’s drive. Plenty of shaded parking on site too. The site has plenty of trees and grass that add a lovely feel. The onsite swimming pool is clean and a good size with parasols and deck chairs. There are play areas for kids though they could do with a bit of a spruce up. Supermarkets are 15 minutes away and gltuen free is widely sold in them (though less so in restaurants near by). The manager speaks little English but translation apps meant we had few problems. He keeps the place clean and tidy and offers tips whenever you ask via the apps. Bigger towns are further afield, Pisa or Volterra being the nearest. But there’s enough nearby to keep you busy.
