Enjoy peaceful paradise in this newly renovated, beautifully decorated Sunset Lakes Villa. A gated community located near attractions, shopping and restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Disney. 30 minutes to Universal Studios.
The villa backs up to one of the community's lakes which provides a beautiful backyard view and the option for catch and release fishing during your stay. (Fishing equipment not included) The main pool and children's play pool also face the lake.
The Space:
The entire villa has been newly furnished. All 4 bedrooms have new medium firmness memory foam mattresses and wall mounted SMART-HDTV's. The large kitchen is well equipped and has new appliances.
There is no carpet in this property.

Pool heat is an additional $30 per day. You must let us know if you want pool heat as it takes several days to get warm. You will be charged for this when you book your vacation. Pools are not heated between Easter and Thanksgiving. Pools are heated to 84 degrees. There is no heat available outside of these times. Please note that the pool has a shallow seating area only, it is not a hot tub and does not get heated.
