This spring fed sand bottom 3328 acre lake is the most popular in the county for boating, jet skiing and fishing. Experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your second story porch or fabulous boathouse with open deck with patio furniture.
A two story home decorated with many antiques. Hardwood floors thru out and carpet in the three upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs has slate and wood floors as well.
Uniquely decorated for your comfort the upstairs living room area has a tv, couch and chairs for relaxing and entertaining, full bath with tub/shower and dining room. Galley style kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Downstairs has a laundry room with a full bath shower. Sitting area with fireplace, wetbar and dishwasher. Another living room area with tv, couch, loveseat with two recliners and trundle bed for two additional guests to sleep.
You may bring your own boat and jet ski and tie off to designated hitching posts. The dock goes out to the boathouse that has indoor and outdoor patio furniture. Facing East and west enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets. No usage of boat lift.
