Positive: The property is excellently situated in the heart of the city in a very quiet area, a short walk from the Minster and parking for 2 cars. The property itself was spotlessly clean and excellently presented with a really well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were well fitted and again we could find no fault, everything really clean and fresh. The owners have furnished the house comfortably with good quality furniture and accessories, a holiday home we would certainly recommend to family and friends. An exceptional property with caring owners. A nice touch was the welcome pack with crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. York is a wonderful compact city with lots of history, an abundance of coffee shops,restaurants etc. Attractions galore for a wonderful city break.

Summary: Exceptionally clean, well situated comfortable house which was perfect for our week in York. Highly recommended.
