Step into Florida living in this three bedroom, two bathroom home with a private pool. Manatee Retreat is tastefully decorated and newly remodeled with everything you need to make your vacation one to remember. Bring your flip flops and swim suits and come experience all that cozy West Bradenton and the surrounding area have to offer.
You will enter into the family room with ample seating and a large flat screen TV to enjoy family time while watching your favorite movie or sports game.
Right off the family room is the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This spacious room sleeps two in a King sized bed.
The kitchen is well equipped with all stainless steel appliances and the essentials to make your meals. The dining area offers a beautiful 6 seat dining table and a 2 seat bistro table for your guests to eat together. Challenge another to a game of foosball or a board game of your choice. In the garage is a ping pong table for more added fun.
Right off the dining area beyond the sliding glass doors, you exit to the relaxing patio and pool area. You can enjoy the larger heated pool for an additional fee. The outdoor dining table allows for you to share a meal on a beautiful evening or a snack while swimming. You can cook your meal on the gas grill or lounge on the outdoor sofa as you dive into your favorite book.
Back in the house, the second bedroom sleeps 2 in a Queen sized bed and the third room sleeps 4 with a Full sized bunk bed with twin trundle. On the other side of the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
