Recently restored and at walking distance from Cottage il Noce. It has got private swimming pool (6x12, seasonal opening) and barbecue.

Through an internal staircase you reach the upper floor which consists of large living room with kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) double sofa bed, one twin bedded room and two double bedroom,s two bathrooms with shower.
