Summary:
This is the two first floor units, A-1 and B-1 of a four unit complex located right across the Naples Bay from the City Dock and the Crayton Cove. These first floor condo's are a few minutes drive from downtown Fifth Ave South and the Public beach accesses along Gulf Shore Blvd South. The onsite shared amenities include a completely fenced in heated pool, pool deck with chairs, loungers, tables with umbrellas, a gas grill as well as a gulf access dock on a canal behind the building.
The Space:
Our condominium building contains 4 separate units, each one is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and a pull out sofa configuration with the ability to rent one or more condos at the same time. These 2 first floor units have an interior door in between them that can be opened up so there is access between both units which creates 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
These units , A-1 and B-1 , are located on the bottom floor of the condo building. There are 2 bedrooms each of the units and they both have a mirror image configuration. The main bedroom with the attached bathroom is located in the back corner of each unit and the second bedroom is located in the front corner of the condo. There is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer located just beyond the front door at the front of the condo.
The main bedroom in each unit contains a King sized bed and it has a single sliding door leading out to the rear lanai, which is also accessed from the family room. The attached main bathroom contains a single vanity and a shower.
The second bedroom in A-1 contains a Queen bed. The second bedroom in B-1 contains 2 Twin size beds. The second full sized bathroom in each of the units is located just outside of the second bedroom for easy access during day and night. The family room has a pull out sofa which can sleep an additional 2 more people with a maximum occupancy of 12 people renting these 2 units, no exceptions.
The Kitchens have a bar height counter top and feature an open concept that looks out towards both the dining and family rooms. There are granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and there is a Keurig, a blender, a toaster and more! The dining room in each unit has a rectangular table that seats 6 and is located just across from the kitchen. All of the furnishings, TV's, place settings, linens etc were all brand new in Jan 2023 when this property came onto the rental market for the first time.
There is a north facing screened lanai on the back of these units and they look out to the brackish canal just behind the condo. There is a small dock that is currently being repaired and not able to be utilized at the moment but photos and marketing will be updated once it is repaired (it was damaged during Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022 but there was NO damage to this condo or the building. We encourage guests to bring their own small personal watercraft such as kayaks and stand up paddle boards which can be stored on the sides or the back of the building while in residence.
The onsite shared amenities include 1 assigned space for each unit which is located just off the street on the south side of the property. There are 2 shared guest parking spaces that are on a first come basis.
One of the main features of the outdoors is the heated swimming pool which is located behind a 6' tall vinyl fence and there are chaise loungers, outdoor dining sets with umbrellas and a gas grill for guest use. The small dock on the back side of the condo is also shared with other guests and is in the process of being renovated.
We are advertising the units individually (4 individual listings), as a pair for the bottom units A-1 and B1 (1 listing) and as a combined listing of all four units (1 listing). Any other configuration can be made depending on availability.
The Small Print:
This home is pet friendly and allows 2 non-shedding pets - no exceptions and no additional fees.
This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months. If guests would like it warmer there will be an additional charge of $20/day.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
Additionally there is a shared parking lot for the condo with 1 space dedicated for each unit in the building with an additional 2 guest spaces on a first come first serve basis. Each unit has 2 beach chairs.
