New home theater set up in the Livingroom. Featuring 86" LCD TV custom in wall speakers with sub woofer. Upgrade of master bedroom TV to 65" lcds Added exterior TV in the pool patio.
We bought this home April 2019 and made some beautiful changes to it. Our home is in a highly desired community with its meticulous landscaping and great location. The community has 24 hour video surveillance in multiple places on every street. We are right off US 27 and about five minutes away from I-4 and I-192. We are located in the middle of Florida, making it easy to travel to all your favorite attractions.
Our beautiful modern home has been updated top to bottom, from the paint, to the hardwood floors. New two tone kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, custom island, and new KitchenAid stainless appliances. Also new are faucets and lighting, in all three bathrooms. In the master bedrooms we installed European body wash panels with rainfall shower heads.
We put in new mattresses with memory foam in the master suites. The two master bedrooms have on-suites bathrooms. TVs in both rooms. The king has cable and the queen has Roku. The two other bedrooms have a full bed in each.
We have a beautiful pool with attached Jacuzzi that overlooks the woods and is caged in. The water flows over the edge of the Jacuzzi into the main pool. We offer pool heat for additional charge and it will then turn the Jacuzzi into a hot tub, but it also warms up the pool.
There is a large picnicking area with a playground behind the house further back.. You can see it from the pool area.
We offer free WI-FI and have on site washer and dryer. We would love for you to rent with us. Have a great vacation!
