The owners have thought of everything including: A Golf Cart (Which is stored in the 2 car garage) a ping pong table, a sleeper sofa, beach chairs & towels, an extra fridge in the garage, a poker set, a mesh child safety net for the pool, a work area with 2 monitors and a keyboard, and Tv's throughout the home including the Lanai area. The Pool and Spa are also heated for your enjoyment year round. Bonita National has the best amenities in Southwest Florida highlighted by the resort-style pool with a rock waterfall and poolside bar and grill, grand 2-story clubhouse with formal and informal dining, 8 Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, spa, huge fitness center and designated room for classes. Located in the heart of SWFL, close to Bonita Beach, dining, shopping and RSW Airport.*There is a GOLF CART FOR RENT with this home. The fee is $500 per month and the cart is stored in the Garage at all times.
