With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, guests will find all new appliances and kitchen table to fit up to 6 people. Included are a brand new washer and dryer. A brand new AC system to keep you cool. 2 newly renovated full bathroom’s (one walk in shower, the other a full size tub come equipped with a hair dryer, basic soaps, towels, and sheets for a terrific stay. You can expect a good nights sleep in our quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. There is a brand new washer and dryer located in the garage. 2 TVS and WI-FI for your in home entertainment needs. We also provide oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig with a few coffee samples to try. Also you will find pots/pans/utensils/dishes included so you can cook and eat in. We have also included a couple beach chairs and beach towels you may borrow. There is a tiny personal patio in the back overlooking the garden. A short walk through the back yard is a dock to enjoy the water view.
