Pool Heater Charges and Information:

While the BBQ comes with a propane tank, please be aware that we do not provide tank refills.
Guests are welcome to exchange the tank at any local store.
The BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure, or an additional $56 fee will be applied.
Parking:
The property features a three-car garage and a three-four car driveway.
Please note that boat trailers and RV parking are not allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to accommodate trailer parking off-site.
Dog-Friendly Home:
The property is dog-friendly, subject to an additional nonrefundable fee of $250.
There is a two-dog limit.
Guests must disclose the presence of dogs and pay the additional fee prior to arrival.

1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
