Welcome to our brand new 2000 square foot designer 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the Village of Richmond, very close to the Brownwood Town Square. Conveniently located: it's just under an hour drive from Orlando International Airport! This home is minutes from fun in every direction! Walk, drive or hop in the golf cart to get to multiple pools and recreation centers, pickle ball courts, pitch and putts, putting courses and golf courses. Swing by the Brownwood Town Square featuring nightly entertainment, many dining options, grocery stores and shopping. All this is 5 minutes from your front door via golf cart!
Check out these other fun destinations. Go visit the Clarendon Rec Center just a 3 minute cart ride from your door! Swimming, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, beach volleyball, you name it! Visit the Okahumpka Rec center and take a kayak for an adventurous paddle. Pop over to Edna's on the Green for live music under the majestic oaks, just a 15 minute cart ride away. Grocery shopping and other conveniences are an easy 5 minute drive. Take your car or better yet venture out in the golf cart. After all, you are in the Villages!
Now a little bit about the house.
The well stocked kitchen is appointed with cooks/entertainers in mind. Quality cookware, glassware, silverware is included along with baking , roasting and storage ware for all occasions. Small appliances include a toaster, keurig, crockpot, blender, and hand mixer. Service for 8 including wineglasses. This kitchen has all the right items on hand. There is also a Weber grill with side burner on the lanai complete with grilling tools.
Each of the 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with brand new coastal furnishings. The primary suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring 2 separate vanities and a large walk in Roman shower with a seat. There are 2 large his and her closets along with a dresser in the bedroom and a 55" smart tv.
The guest area features 2 additional bedrooms 1 equipped with a queen bed and the other equipped with pull out sofa with a desk. There is a shared guest bath and the whole guest area can be separated from the rest of the house by a pocket door for your privacy and the privacy of your guests. The guest area is located on the opposite side of the house from the master suite providing additional privacy and convenience.
The main living area is bright and airy with an open concept and vaulted ceilings throughout. The tv console is equipped with books and games for your enjoyment. Enjoy an intimate dinner at our dining table for 6 with serving buffet for entertaining.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the water on the almost 400 square foot lanai. Bird watchers delight! Linger over your coffee watching the herons, egrets, cranes strolling along the waters edge. Later on why not liven things up on the lanai? Watch the game, play cards with your friends or just hang out enjoying your favorite cocktail.
