Positive: The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any time we contacted him by text, he replied quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. For example, one evening our microwave overheated, and within five minutes of messaging him, we had a replacement. The hotel was lovely and quiet at all times. The pool and BBQ area were spotless, and pool towels were always available. Our room was located right next to the laundry room, which was a real bonus, and we did not hear any noise from it at all. The host also provided useful basics in the room, such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pancake mix, and a very well-stocked selection of cookware.
Negative: There was no cleaning service during our two-week stay, so we had to wash the hand towels, face towels, and bath towels ourselves as we used them. It would also have been helpful to have enough coffee and sugar provided for the first few days, rather than needing to go shopping straight away. The location was quite far from the Disney parks and supermarkets, so we spent a lot on Ubers travelling to and from them each day. An oven in the room would have been useful, although we did enjoy using the outdoor BBQ and pizza oven. The only downside was the hassle of carrying dishes and cutlery up and down the stairs..
