Great patio area with table, chairs, fire pit and BBQ Grill and private back yard, the washer & dryer are available guest use.

This home is located just off of Twyckenham Dr south of the ND campus. You are less than a 5 minute walk to campus, and very close to Eddy Street Commons where they are many dining and shopping options available.
Getting Around:
If you want to escape the crowds, try exploring downtown South Bend, or nearby Mishawaka. Both are less than 5 miles from the house. Mishawaka also has a large shopping district on the north side of town, with shops and dining, also within a 10 minute car ride.

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
