Bahama Breeze is a beautiful tropical beach house! You can't beat the location here in Seagrove Beach. Located in the Sugar Beach Development, it is just 2 blocks to the beach, sitting conveniently in Seagrove Beach. Seagrove Beach is a charming neighborhood that is luxurious but laid back. You have upscale boutiques to casual cafes to choose from in this beach neighborhood. It is also short bike ride to Seaside, a colorful, funky place to experience that you can get around by walking or riding the golf cart through these great 30A neighborhoods.
This 4 bedroom, 2 full baths, 1 half bath house is coastal beauty at its finest. It features a large saltwater pool (16 x 32) (heat optional with a fee upon booking) complete with a Jacuzzi and waterfall. The Jacuzzi will be heated for your convenience nightly during your stay at no additional charge. The tropical landscaping surrounding the pool gives you the feel of a private island getaway. There is a propane gas grill for entertaining as well as an outdoor kitchen area.
The living room is a lovely inviting space with a 12-foot cathedral pine ceiling with rafters, tiled floors, recessed lighting, and a large flat screen TV. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Test your chef skills in the upscale kitchen that has granite countertops, tiled floors, a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, Whirlpool appliances, Moen fixtures, and lots of cabinet space. The dining area seats 8 comfortably on the bench-style seats and 4 extra chairs.
Sleeping arrangements for 16 guests!
The first-floor large master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The master bath has his and hers granite vanities, separate tiled walk-in shower, garden tub, and a walk-in closet.
Two guest bedrooms are on the second floor one with a king bed and one with a queen and twin over twin bunk. Conveniently shared with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor and has 1 twin over twin sets of bunks and 1 queen over queen bunk. Complete with a large flat-screen television and is a great space for kids or teens. A small balcony overlooks the pool.
There is a large front porch swing with a twin size mattress to relax on and stylish Adirondack lounge chairs. Also, enjoy a screened-in back porch overlooking the pool and grill areas. Enjoy entertaining your friends and family at this beautiful and inviting home as you make memories to last a lifetime!
