Each bedroom is furnished with a new queen mattress in protector, a bed frame, two nightstands, two lamps, one dresser, desk with a chair. Linens are not included. The main level is furnished with a sofa, two reclining chairs, two end tables, one tall floor lamp, one side table lamp, a coffee table, tv stand with a new 55 TV, and a large dining room table with six chairs along with four swivel bar stools. Available: January 6, 2023, through August 5, 2023. Rent: $2, 800/month. Water, electricity, trash, and internet are NOT included in the rent. Security Deposit: $2, 800 upon signing a lease agreement. Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.

The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
