Welcome to Sand Dollar Retreat, our picture-perfect cottage located in the secluded Village of Sugar Beach! This home showcases southern charm with comfort and high quality combined. The first floor offers an open floor plan with a spacious family room and airy kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The family room opens to the covered back porch, which is steps away from the community pool. The beach access is located two short blocks from the home across Highway 30A. The home offers four bedrooms; two king masters (one with a private balcony), one king guest bedroom, one queen guest bedroom, and an extra bunk area. This charming cottage is located within a short bike ride to all Seagrove Beach's hotspots such as Donut Hut, Perfect Pig, & Angelina's Pizza just to name a few.
Please Note: The homeowner will not honor any reservations that have more than eight adults and/or are related to a wedding or any party. This home is intended for family vacations, sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Community Amenities
The Village of Sugar Beach is a quaint community located in the center of Seagrove Beach with the following amenities provided:
~ 1 Community Pool - located steps from the front porch of the home (pool cannot be heated)
~ Beach access within two short blocks only 0.3 mile from home, Beachwood Villas Public Beach Access (across from the Tom Thumb on 30A). It's about a 5-6 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride. This is a pedestrian access only via foot/bike, no parking areas available. Or, you can use the One Seagrove Place Public Beach Access, which is just slightly further from the home, 0.4 mile. It's about a 6-7 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride. This is also a pedestrian access, with no parking available. NOTE: Beach setup reservations are limited to certain locations along 30A, but you can also reserve beach gear to take back and forth from the home if setups are not available at your desired access location.

Sand Dollar Retreat has parking for four vehicles, there is no street parking available.
(Note: Homeowners do have dogs, therefore anyone with allergies to dogs will need to be conscious of this.)
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
