This apartment is truly in the perfect location – slightly away from the hubbub of the historical centre, but close enough to walk there and to the famous avenida da Liberdade as well as Restauradores and Rossio squares. On your way back you can enjoy the oldest lift in Lisbon (1884), the "elevador da Lavra". Perfect for a quiet break while sightseeing.
Located on a high floor of a building with a lift, it has a fantastic view of the whole town, out to the Tagus River and Sao Jorge Castle. The neighbourhood is composed by a beautiful public garden with bars and restaurants around and is very well served by public transports to many places in town.
The apartment is classically elegant and very comfortable. You will feel immediately at home here, with its tasteful décor creating a warm and welcoming athmosphere. The living room is filled with light, with large windows and a wraparound balcony where you can enjoy the view. The kitchen is very modern and impeccably equipped.

Summary: Our family of three adults and two teenagers had a wonderful New Year’s Eve stay at Marcos’ apartment. Communication was excellent, and when we realized last minute that we had no dinner plans for our arrival night, Marcos quickly secured a reservation at The Villa, a charming Italian restaurant just a short walk away.The apartment’s panoramic city views are spectacular, and watching the NYE fireworks from the balcony—champagne in hand and in our pajamas—was an unforgettable highlight. The apartment truly feels like a home, as it is Marcos’ and his wife’s residence part of the year. Every detail is thoughtfully considered: beautifully appointed rooms, high-quality linens, spacious bedrooms, powerful showers, and a fully renovated kitchen with washer/dryer.The living room is warm and inviting, filled with antiques, books, cozy nooks, and comfortable seating. Marcos even left a King cake and a bottle of bubbly, which we enjoyed while watching the fireworks.Located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 15–20 minutes from central sights, the apartment is close to lovely cafés, a great restaurant, and a supermarket next door. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Marcos—we hope to return someday!
