Casa Bàn is a unique contemporary villa located in the beautiful countryside of Puglia placing itself between Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the heart of the Salento and less than 10 minutes from the Ionian coast and beautiful beaches at Campomarino.
The property is a modern detached villa designed to maximise the beautiful southern European light, the recent construction merging seamlessly with the natural surroundings of the Puglia countryside was designed with a passion for clean lined elegance with finishes being hand picked to create an elegantly contemporary yet welcoming aesthetic that is a beautiful complement to the striking architure.
The villa is located on its own large private site with an abundance of fruit trees bordered by fragrant laurel trees and rosemary plants.
The house comes with a substantial swimming pool measuring 14m x 7m.
The property has four bedrooms the master suite has a generous dressing area and large en-suite. Two further spacious double rooms and one twin room furnished with twin/bunk beds suitable for children. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The villa has WiFi throughout. There is a large comfortable living room with Apple TV where guests can use all the TV platforms to stream programs and films when they like. .
