Summary: We had a great stay on Folly at Jennifer’s beach house. The house has lots of room and lots of bathrooms so it was perfect for a girls trip. The pool and hot tub were great. May have experienced a delay because of a holiday weekend but the pool cleaner didn’t come as anticipated so we did have to do a little skimming ourselves but the hot tub was clean and heated. It really is steps from the beach which was awesome for walks and views. My 2 thoughts for improvement are to update some of the linens (towels feel a little worn) and outdoor furniture isn’t in the beat condition, and as a group who likes to cook, I think the could be better appointed. Tupperware and cling wrap or foil would be helpful and there were no sponges for the dishes, so we had to run out and buy those. We were warned about only having a little toilet paper and paper towels, but we only had one roll of paper towel, not even one spare, that would be a helpful touch which I have seen as pretty standard at other houses, The host was helpful when we needed laundry soap, but we had asked to hear the pool and she didn’t respond for 24 hours because she was out of cell service which is tricky when managing your own property and not available to guests, Overall, a few small things we noticed that would bring this from a 4.5/5 to a 5, but we had an awesome time and would definitely come back to Folly Beach
