Welcome to The East Cooper Treehouse, a 3br/2ba home located only two blocks from the beach and a block and a half from Center St putting you in the middle of it all on Folly Beach! The home is spread out over two levels, with an open living area with two sleeper sofas, kitchen, and master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom on the main level, and two bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and washer/dryer downstairs. Come enjoy living the laid back lifestyle on Folly, the "Edge of America"!

The closest beach to downtown Charleston, Folly is a mecca for surfers, fishermen and all lovers of the laid-back beach lifestyle. Visitors flock to Folly Beach for the same things its residents enjoy. You’ll find excellent pier and surf fishing, an enticing variety of restaurants and bars, live music, and some of the best surfing on the east coast.
Home is located:
- 1/2 block to Bert's Market, a local 24 hour market and convenient store
- 1 1/2 blocks to Center St where all of the restaurants/bars/nightlife are on Folly
- 2 blocks to the 2nd St. E. public access beach
- 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston
The home is walking distance to both the beach and Center St. so a vehicle is not needed once you are on Folly.
There are bike and golf cart rentals on Folly Beach for those that would like to explore the island a little further.
There are three parking spots: one resident spot in front of the home, one covered space in the garage behind the home, and a third space in the driveway in front of the garage

As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who live in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND
