The large lanai is where you will delight in daily relaxation with amazing views. Observe nature as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails w/friends & family. The property also has tennis, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, bocce, well-equipped gym with a large clubhouse pool PLUS 2 additional smaller pools near the unit, along with an amazing ‘pay to play’ golf course.
Brand new professional grade water heater was just installed in July 2025.
And for those of us who may need to work remotely while enjoying the area – Private high speed Wi-Fi, two 27” monitors, large desk area with white board and printer is provided for you.
