On the 2nd floor you have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a panoramic solarium terrace, ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. In the garden area reserved for you, there is a pool not embedded in the ground and a fitness area with some equipment, while the pool shared with the owner is located on the other side of the house. An outdoor shower, gazebo, sun loungers and barbecue are also at your disposal to organize convivial barbecues with family or friends.
