Das Apartment mit ca. 70 qm² mit einer traumhaften Terrasse ist für Berufsreisende, Gästen, Familien mit Tieren und zur Zwischenmiete neu eingerichtet. Langfristige Aufenthalte sind uns herzlich willkommen.
Das neue Apartment liegt sehr ruhig und beschaulich am südlichen Feldrand zu Schwetzingen. Die Ortsmitten von Plankstadt und Schwetzingen sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach Heidelberg kann man mit dem Auto oder Bus in ca. 15 Minuten erreichen.
Das Apartment bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und verfügt direkt vor dem Anwesen über genug kostenlose Parkplätze für Autos, Transporter, Motor und Fahrräder. Kinder gerecht, allergiefreundlich und auch Haustiere sind selbstverständlich erlaubt. Auch Raucher haben Platz auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick zum Königstuhl nach Heidelberg und auf den beleuchteten Wasserturm im Herzen von Plankstadt. Dort lässt sich gemütlich vespern mit regionalen Back und Wurstwaren. Das Apartment besteht aus großzügigen Räumen mit Holzfußböden, Holzbalken und besticht mit großzügigen Fenster mit einem tollen Blick direkt ins Grüne. Es gibt eine offene neue Einbau Küche incl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Tee, Gewürze sowie zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Pulver/Kapseln) . Geschirrtücher und Spül Zubehör sind selbstverständlich.
Das separate Bad hat ein WC, Waschbecken/mit Unterschrank und ist mit einer großen Glasdusche, einer geräumigen Badewanne und mit einem beleuchteten Spiegel mit einem Kosmetikspiegel mit Uhr sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.
Handtücher, Toiletten Papier sind selbstverständlich wie auch ein Haar Trockner.
Das geräumige Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer haben wie auch alle Zimmer eine sehr hohe Decke mit Holzbalken und mit viel Freiraum lässt es sich gut genießen und entspannen. Die Betten kann man auch separat stellen und garantieren erholsame Nächte. Ein großer Flat TV 40 Zoll sorgt für Unterhaltung. Ein Sekretär/Schreibtisch kann genutzt werden. Die neue Heizung garantiert sehr schnelle angenehme Wärme in den einzelnen Räumen. Ein Ventilator ist auch vorhanden, falls es mal zu heiß wird.
Ein eigener Eingang gewährt Ihnen maximale Privatsphäre.
Bettwäsche ist in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Auf Wunsch kann auch eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Trockner benutzt werden. Zwischenreinigungen sind auch möglich bei einem kleinen Aufpreis.
