The apartment, located on the fourth floor of an historic building with an elevator, opens onto the bright and spacious living room with a modern style, which features an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle, a breakfast table, a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV.
