Cottage Guesthome that sits on the back of our 1 acre home lot with an oversized saltwater pool that includes small waterfalls and diving board, as well as a separate above ground hot tub. Private back patio with a grill, seating, birdfeeders, and tree line. A little country feeling ~ you may hear horses, cows, chickens, as well as trains that run through our small town of Argyle. Located in a quiet neighborhood. During the summer months, feel free to pick fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden!

Super clean cottage/guesthome with a full kitchen that includes all utensils, cookware, and dishes. There are 2 bathrooms (1/2 upstairs and a full on the main floor). There is an open queen bedroom upstairs with a large walk in closet. There is a small bedroom on the main floor with a full bed. The couch in the living room pulls out into a full sized bed as well. *Please note that the number of guests allowed is 6, however the sizes of beds are as follows: 1 queen, 1 full, and 1 pull-out full.

Enjoy the use of the private large pool (30,000 gallon pool in which comfortable swimming months are typically May - September, seasonally dependent as the pool is NOT heated), as well as the hot tub, swing (swing at your own risk), and outdoor games like frisbee golf. Please note that there is not a fence around the pool or hot tub and there are no lifeguards on duty. Please swim at your own risk.
Plentiful towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, as well as soft and fluffy robes provided. We think the small things are what makes the difference, therefore soak in the tub with the provided Epsom salts, use the handmade goats milk soap and the homemade lavender spray on your pillow before bedtime. For your entertainment, puzzles, board games, TV's, Roku, DVD Player, DVDs, books, and magazines await.
