This villa is in a great location near to a lovely sandy beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa with lots of attractions and night-life.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 4 people. The lounge with leather sofa's, fireplace and satellite T.V. has patio doors that lead into an enclosed garden with swimming pool. On the patio are sunbeds and a table with chairs for you to relax or lay in the sun.Upstairs both the master and twin bedroom has an en suite shower.
It is close to Pernera and Protaras and has the added bonus of being amongst the best beaches on the island.

Summary: Just returned from our stay and we had an amazing time. The villa was spacious and modern with a great pool. The location was good and good food prices. Satos - The Manager of hiring the villa's is a true star and nothing is too much trouble. He responds to emails with in half an hour and made are stay very enjoyable. Thank you Sotos.
