Welcome to our Newly Remodeled 3 BR Oceanside Beach Villa Penthouse Retreat. Our third story unit is an oceanfront, south corner penthouse with stunning ocean/beach views from practically every room. Our unit is a three bedroom, three bath condo with private attached garage for one vehicle and wrap-around glassed in and screened porch. Features include high ceilings, crown molding, elevator directly to our unit and one of the best ocean/beach views in Sea Oaks.
We purchased our Condo in 2019 and have upgraded it with new flooring, furniture, an 85 inch 8K HD Samsung Frame TV in the Living Room, a 55 inch 4K HD Samsung Frame TV in Master Bedroom and both guest bedrooms. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have Comcast Xfinity Sevice as well as an Apple TV box for streaming. The Guest Bedrooms both have an Apple TV box for streaming. Our family uses our beachside condo as a retreat away from the pressure of everyday life and hope you will do the same. We love quiet walks on our uncrowded beach, sunning at the pool, getting exercise at our Sea Oaks Exercise and Fitness Club and playing tennis at our Sea Oaks Tennis Club. After a relaxing day, we enjoy a fine meal at our Sea Oaks Beach Club.
In the summer of 2021, we added impact (hurricane) windows/doors throughout the unit as well as impact sliders on both oceanside porches. This configuration provides many options for enjoying our wonderful ocean view during any season or weather. Oceanside porch sliders can be kept closed creating an air conditioned view or the sliders can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze. During the short amount of time each year when no-see-ums can be a nuisance, simply use the provided remote to roll down screens on the main porch to enjoy the beautiful ocean view in an insect-free fully screened area.
Note that during "season" (January through April) we prefer a minimum of two month rentals. We will accept one month rentals closer to the season if the Condo has not rented.

Comfortable King Bed Master Suite Retreat includes an adjustable Personal Comfort KIng bed with beautiful Ocean Views. Second Bedroom is Nicely Appointed With Queen Bed and its own screened porch overlooking our pool. The third bedroom has a full bed and direct access to its own screened porch with gorgeous ocean views. There is even a Simmons Rest Aire Full Size Automatic Air Mattress available for those extra guests.
