Modern Structure with Volume Ceilings. Granite and Stainless Kitchen & 75 inch television. Just 7 Miles to the beach. 8 Miles to WORLD FAMOUS DAYTONA BEACH. Walking distance to pool, Hooligans Sports Bar with great food famous for their Wally Wings. Also pig stand barbecue restuarant, convenience store, Largest Harley Davidson Dealership in the world and all just fifteen minutes to the beach. As a crow flies you are 3 miles from the beach so you can enjoy coastal breezes. An hour and a half to Universal, Disney and other theme parks. Forty minutes to senic and historic St Augustine. Lots to due, boating, fishing and exploring. Free Live Music most weekends at Saints and Sinners bar.
