The exterior of this home provides a covered concrete parking and entry, a crisp and refreshing personal pool on the Gulf-front, two sprawling covered decks with amazing beach views, a private boardwalk to the white sandy shore, enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning table, and a park-style grill to prepare your fresh catch.
The ground floor offers a spacious fenced pool, complete with a large covered lanai for shade. There are plenty of chaise lounges for your guests to relax along with a picnic table and two delightful outdoor showers. The first floor provides a game and media room with TV and foosball table for inside entertainment. Two sets of large double doors open to the breezy covered deck.
The second floor offers a fantastic gathering space with amazing ocean views featuring vaulted ceilings that offer a bright and airy living space. Two comfy couches and additional club chairs provide ample seating. French doors open to stunning views on the covered, open deck.
