4 Bedroom House in Mexican Riviera, Ejido San Lucas

8000 sq. foot home--new, but built with real stone, hardwood, and talavera tile--RIGHT ON THE BEACH--in San Lucas Cove.--5 miles south of Santa Rosalia--100 miles North of Loreto. New American construction, WIFI, TV, Cable and football package, Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc included. Gorgeous outdoor BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, and bar. Too much to describe--come see us. FISHING Paradise--WHALESHARKS, etc.
Housekeeper and gardener and included daily. They will come and attend to your every need--right down to doing your dishes.
There is also (usually) a local fishing guide--with gear--to take you for some of the best fishing of your life. The fishing here is Dorado, Yellowtail, Sailfish (summer), Sierra, Bonita, White Sea Bass, rockfish, etc. etc. Today--November 5, 2017--there are 7 Whale Sharks just at the mouth of the cove. Boat, with a captain and advance notice, is $350.00/day-$450.00/day depending on the boat used. This includes gas, gear, live bait (when available) when available, a captain, etc. The boat is separate and not required to rent the Hacienda.
We also have a W/D for a family, in addition to regular appliances. In my office you'll find a copier/printer/scanner and a desktop computer for your convenience. BUT, sometimes the WIFI goes out down here--like if it gets really windy. But then it comes back.
It's Baja!
Speaking of Baja...We have 2 ranch dogs that live outside and require zero care as the housekeeper feeds them. They are small and lab mixes and get along with anyone or any other dog or pet. But they adopted this little rancho and ...so it is :)

Summary: I had stayed at tracees Hacienda, planned for the one week. The day before I was leaving, I had to address a non-emergency medical situation. I contacted Tracee and the Hacienda was again available, for another week. Lucky me, y’see -because if you’ve ever read your children “Goldie Locks & the tree bears” you will be familiar with the phrase: “Just. Right.” And this property has it al, including an attention to detail that would compete with the best Martha Stewart could muster; Views that will forever be cemented in my memory. Connection in community, as my second day there, I was invited and went fishing with one of Tracee’s neighbours. On another occasion, I needed help with something and wouldn’t you know it: another fella came over to the property, and happened to know just what needed to be done. The mornings are so quiet; I would often wander down to the beach, with hot coffee in hand, and watch -another- epic sunrise… as the pelicans slowly made their way from flight to the shallows, near me. I did not take advantage of the Kyak’s available, but I bet the only thing better than strolling the shore as the sun rises, would be to paddle out in this serenity. I found the store and the restaurants convenient and the operators friendly, given my lack of Spanish… it helps if you try, and they are eager to help, as much to our collective amusement I would stumble through until the meaning in my messaging got traction & was received:) It was great to be treated and pampered by Lupita & Jesus, as my bed was turned daily & woke up to dishes that were washed and even fresh groceries I had ordered -though them- the day before. On my Prior review I touched on many things, but for me -most of all- the break at Tracee’s Hacienda was like finding the oasis, in the desert.. given I had just driven from Vancouver Island , BC 🇨🇦 It’s where I put away my daily thoughts, as j did my cell phone..& I picked up serenity in solitude as I soaked up another book, or drank in the natural surroundings. This place is Purfect for families or even couples that are looking to disengage from the city and engage in connection, again. Good value.
