✓ Our pool is not heated, although is comfortably swimmable almost all year round!

The home comfortably sleeps seven people with one king bed, one queen bed, one twin day bed with a pull out twin below, and one twin futon. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
This is a one story home, aside from a small step down into the living room, so all bedrooms are located on the ground floor where we have two full, sparkling clean washrooms!
Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, cookware and cutlery.
The outdoor space has everything you could desire - comfortable patio furniture, a grill for whipping up some delicious BBQ, loungers to catch some rays, a hot tub to melt into after a long day, and a brand new pool to cool off during those warm Florida days!
Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!
You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the driveway out front which can fit four cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area! There are also several amazing spots that are walkable from our home!
We live an hour away but are always available to answer any questions you may have!
Enjoy beautiful sunsets, world class surfing, Space X rocket launches, kayaking, boating tours, miles of coastline, and on/off shore fishing in sunny Satellite Beach, FL!
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, just a short walk (or 2 minute drive) to public beach access (about 0.4 miles). You do have to cross a busy road (A1A) to get to the beach.
We are walking distance to a few restaurants, including Bizarro's Pizza, Goombay's Beachside, and Villon Coffee Co.
Satellite Beach is located on Florida’s east coast and sits between the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean, making it an ideal location for those that love water activities! In addition, our home is just a short drive from the fun of Cocoa Beach (13 minutes), The Kennedy Space Center (40 minutes) and the theme parks in Orlando (60 minutes). We’re also only 30 minutes from the Cape Canaveral Cruise Ports as well!
Our home is an easy drive to many fantastic restaurants and bars. Whether you’re looking for waterfront dining, fresh local seafood, live music, or a family friendly atmosphere, there is something for everyone!
Our property is just a short 9 minute walk to the public beach access at Seagull Park (0.4 miles), a beautiful beach without the crowds! If you choose to drive, parking is free. We have also provided a beach wagon and toys for your convenience.
While there definitely are a few restaurants and activities within walking distance to the home, a car is the best way to see all that the Space Coast has to offer.
Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock at your private entrance to the home.
Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a pre-authorization for a damage deposit after the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there are any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
