Summary: No toasterWhole in a bedroom doorBack door loose and hard to closeToilet seat loose and moving when you sit Outside not cleanA corner of the backyard has junk with a tarp over the pileLittle ants in bedroomCeiling fans (bedrooms and living room) don't workVery hot - ac does not seem to work, would not go lower than 73F!!!Showers are good - water temperature and pressure was good.The toilet in the master bedroom did not flush.No communication whatsoever with the host through The VRBO app. I left messages on there for the host and never got a response. They replied only by phone.No information given about garbage and recycling pickup. We stayed there for a month and no one came to take care of the garbage.There is a tree in the backyard that was dropping some kind of seeds and leaves that would fall in pool and the grounds on patio tiles and made it disgusting. I had to broom the patio a couple times a day. There should a book or something providing all the necessary information about services (garbage, recycling, pool services ect), restaurants (take out, delivery, dine in ), groceries, shopping, beaches ect in the area, activities in the area, important phone number,. I had to call the host when the pool started to turn green. Very confortable beds, lots if beddings and towels. Excellent appliances, washer/dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Plenty of soap, dishsoap,shampoo, bodywash. Well decorated but definitely need a pool heater to enjoy the pool.
