Master bedroom: 18x16, queen bed, half bath with shower.

3rd bedroom: 14x15 queen bed, dresser, large closet,tv
Main bath with jetted tub and shower
Kitchen utensils and dinner/glassware for 8, linens, bath and beach towels provided for your use.
Pool and beach toys provided. Beach equipment provided.
The pool is outside your patio door and is heated November through March. It features Fast-line unit for endless swimming.
Maximum occupancy 6 including children. Please specify number of adults and children in your family.
No smoking in the house.

Tampa/Clearwater/St Petersburg are all less than 40 minutes. 90 minutes to Orlando attractions.
Great place to get away from it all but still be near it all. A boat slip is available two minutes away if you bring your boat.

Summary: The house was comfortable and was located in a very nice neighborhood. We were close to shopping areas and to many beaches, although staying poolside at the house was quite pleasant! The yard was nicely landscaped and the landscaper was there once a week to keep things looking neat and tidy. Henry was available via text or phone to answer any questions.
