Summary: The location of this house is unbeatable. Easy walking distance to houses of worship (YI Surfside and The Shul) as well as to all the shops on Harding/Collins Avenue, and of course the beach. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for an excellent family vacation. Ruben was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our questions in a timely fashion, and when possible was able to accommodate any special requests we made. The bedrooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The Kitchen is sufficient and there was a large dining room table to comfortably fit our group and any guests we had. There was a nice sized pool in the back, but we didn't really use it as we didn't have time. On any future trips to Surfside/Bal Harbour this will be my new preferred place to stay!
