Comfortable seating awaits you with a 65 inch smart tv, equipped with WIFI and Sling TV to watch the big game. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials including standard stainless steel appliances, blender, crockpot and much more. While staying in can be great, you can venture out with everything you need! Two double kayaks, 3 sets of inflatables, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler are available during your stay. At the end of your day, relax on the patio with a cocktail and grill out. Finally retire after a long day and fall sleep in blissful luxurious bedding.

3. No pets. We all love our pets, but not everyone does so we keep our vacation place pet-free.
4. Trash days are on Wednesday.
5. Run the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave.
6. Treat the place with respect. Help keep this place nice for the next person.
Security- There 4 ring cameras on the property. None are monitored when we have guests.
