If you’re looking for that perfect, nicely decorated house in a quiet and reputable family friendly neighborhood close to Downtown and many other amenities, then look no further. Our home is located in one of St. Pete's most desired neighborhoods, Shore Acres.
Our spacious house features four large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable living and dining area. Located in the Shore Acres neighborhood, it is family friendly, very walkable and downtown is easily accessible and just 10 minutes away. The local beaches such as St. Petersburg Beach, Madeira Beach and John's Pass are only 25 minutes away, and within walking distance to the home there is the brand-new Shore Acres Recreation Center. It offers a pool, playground, basketball courts and more available for our guests to use! This home makes a great home base close to everything!

The back yard is a good size and is completely fenced in. It receives a lot of sunlight all day. There is a large mango tree in the middle of the yard; be on the lookout for falling mangos; they are excellent! Additionally, there is a patio area with a fire pit, a barbecue, and outside eating room for entertaining.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an en-suite full bathroom with a shower. Found next to each other in between the full family bathroom with a tub and shower is two other bedrooms. One with a queen-sized bed, the other a double. Located separately is a large bedroom/den with a queen bed and small living area, which can also be used as an office or play room. Our spacious home can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably.
The property comes with fast WiFi throughout, making it easy to work remotely, or for a family with lots of devices! All the TVs have Firesticks which have Hulu and Netflix available to use. When entering our house, information on our favorite spots (we're huge foodies) such as where to eat and what to do will be provided. There's plenty to keep you entertained while you stay with us in St Pete!
The home has all the necessities you are used to; equipped with kitchen and cooking utensils, that important coffee maker, plates, towels, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Whilst we are pet friendly we must be informed at the time of booking about accompanying pets as this will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Warm sunshine and calm winds make the perfect conditions to explore the variety of excursions in the St. Pete/Clearwater area. Close to the property are some fantastic biking trails, parks, kayaking adventures, fishing spots and waterways. We are local and are happy to offer up some recommendations for you if you'd like or help with suggestions on where to go and arrange what you need for a day out.

Summary: Let start saying that the location is great. The neighborhood is very quiet. I only have one issue, the coffee maker was in very bad condition, I contacted the property manager and they drop off a new one next day. Thank you!
