This waterfront home is perfect for fishing enthusiasts. Salt water canal with direct access to the gulf waters. Home is open concept, centrally located with granite countertops and a huge enclosed lanai, with water view. Master bedroom has access to backyard. Local restaurants, marina, golf, shopping, nature preserves with beautiful sunsets. Truly a "must stay". Lovely waterfront home waiting for new memories to be made! We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Please put all your trash bags in the trash bin.
• Washer & Dryer : To be used for your personal clothes only
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Claims will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Pool and spa isn't heated. Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.
• Please note that an extra charge($) will be made for each lost remote.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• We do not provide a BBQ.
• The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings.
• No swimming allowed in the canal.
• There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $120.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
