Positive: The price and location suited us. The desk staff were very helpful.
Negative: The room wasn’t very dark (for sleeping). Our deadlock on the door wouldn’t lock and the person in the adjoining room was possibly trying the door between our rooms, which did not make us comfortable. The air-con struggled, which (according to another guest) has been an issue for some time. We were 5 minutes late down to breakfast at 9:05 (believing it finished at 9:30) and the staff weren’t very ‘helpful’, and we felt uncomfortable grabbing what was basically leftovers! Checkout was 11:00 and we had cleaners knocking on our door at 10!
